      So prime numbers are numbers that are only able to be divided by themselves and the number 1.

      So for instance 7 is a prime number as you can’t divide it by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 and get a whole number. Whereas 6 isn’t a prime number as you can multiply 2 and 3 to get 6 (2×3=6).

      So that’s why they’re special.
