Are you serious? In older days more people died of all sorts of diseases than now.
Just to be precise, I have two total hip replacements and still play rugby; not all that many years back I would already have simply been in a wheel chair 5 years ago with no prospect of being able to walk decently again.

Definitely! Maybe if the human survival rate was higher, we’d be even more advanced in technology and medicine!

if there weren’t diseases like the plague than our country would be miles over crowded?? would you go back and do it then??

That’s a very valid point, and the world is already reaching that stage where there are too many people. I think I’d still do it though.
