I did Biology, Chemistry and Maths at A level and got AAB. From there I went to University to do biochemistry.

Good luck with being a vet. Any thoughts on what science you might want to study if not?

I did Higher Biology, Chemistry, English, Maths and Music (highers are like A-levels, but in Scotland), and got AABBC, which got me in to university.
If you want to be a vet you’ll have to get really good grades! There’s loads of competition to do veterinary medicine at university, so you have to show that you’re the best of the best!
Other science courses aren’t quite as competitive, but they still require good grades to get into uni.
