      I’m not sure exactly what you’re asking but I’ll tell you what’s important to me about my job :-).
      I think it’s important to have a job that you enjoy and I really love the work I do. I like that I can decide to get out of the office one day and spend some time in the lab or on a microscope. I also run undergraduate projects so I often have meetings with students, I also do some teaching which allows me to meet new people and talk to students. Every day is different which I think is really important!
