0 Question: What do you use the most in your lab? Keywords: lab, routine Asked by ozzydeath1 to Alex, Ali, Kerry, Philip, Theo on 13 Nov 2014.
Kerry O'Shea answered on 13 Nov 2014:
Tweezers! I use them whenever I’m handling very small samples that I look at in the microscope.
Alison Thomson answered on 13 Nov 2014:
Hmmm probably the roller and the rocker. If i put something round on the roller, it turns it until everything inside is mixed up! And the rocker does a similar thing for non-circular objects – it ‘rocks’ until my stuff is mixed!
Philip Ratcliffe answered on 13 Nov 2014:
I don’t work in a lab, but if I did it would most certainly be my brain!
Alex Pool answered on 13 Nov 2014:
Probably the centrifuge, I must use it at least twenty times a day.
Although for the next few weeks I’ll be stuck to the microscope as I’ve just prepared 100 slides to analyse and each one takes 45 minutes!
