• Question: What was your favourite thing that you did in science at school?

      The custard tin experiment! Where we used custard powder and a flame in a tin to blow the lid off – it even dented the roof in our classroom!!!

      My favourite science thing at school was when we split the light with a prism to all its colours, making a rainbow. I also quite liked the chemical reactions we’ve done – especially those that gave off smoke!

      Making bubble rafts on the surface of soapy water using the main gas supply … and then lighting them …. wooooooooooof!
