• Question: when you get punched in the face near your eyes, they water why is that?

It’s a protection mechanism – the water carries away any foreign bodies like bits of dust that may have been left in your eye and that could cause infection.
Mind you, if you get punched hard enough elsewhere, your eyes may water – it’s called crying!

What Phil said! A protection mechanism =) although to be honest, if I got punched anywhere in the face I’m pretty sure I’d be crying tears of pain!
